    Abstract: A method for providing consumer discount offers from a merchant using a central computer host system including defining a discount offer associated with a merchant and prescribing consumer parameters for the discount offer. Consumer demographic parameters stored in the central computer host system are analyzed with the prescribed consumer parameters to identify those consumers to whom the merchant discount offer is applicable to. The identified consumers are provided in real-time the discount offer.
