  • Patent number: 10750345
Abstract: Technology for securely processing emergency response. The technology includes combining video data from multiple video sources relating to an emergency response scenario. The video data is combined into a multi-video feed that utilizes a particular amount of bandwidth when delivered. From a display of a multi-video feed, a video source may be selected. A single-video feed is then delivered for the selected video source and the single video feed is utilized substantially the same bandwidth and the multi-video feed. Dynamic geofences may also be generated. The dynamic geofence is based on an object that is capable of moving. When the object moves, the dynamic geofence also moves such that the boundaries of the dynamic geofence are fixed relative to the object, even as the object moves. Group members may be associated with the dynamic geofence such that they are alerted when a group member crosses the dynamic geofence boundary.

  • Patent number: 10527315
Abstract: An air intake of an air handling or HVAC system, such as located in a ceiling of a structure, includes a movable filter housing. The filter housing comprises a grate configured to support one or more air filters at a top side thereof. The filter housing is mounted via one or more extendable connectors and includes a control tool mount. Connection of a control tool to the filter housing allows a user to pull the filter housing downwardly to a lowered position for replacing the air filter(s). The filter housing may be biased upwardly to its use position and may include a latch or lock to secure it in the use position.

  • Publication number: 20170341217
Abstract: A work station has one or more removable sub-stations. Each sub-station comprises a tool box or tool cart, i.e. a structure which defines one or more interior areas for storing tools, parts or other items. The work station defines one or more work surfaces, similar to a work bench, but includes tool storage, similar to a tool box. In addition, the work station is movable and securable. The removability of the sub-stations permits them to be associated with the work station, such as for storage or transport, or be separated therefrom for independent use, such as in a location different than the work station.

  • Patent number: 9769639
Abstract: Technology for securely processing emergency response. An emergency response server receives intermittent location data from a client device during non-emergency responses. Upon determining an emergency situation is occurring, the emergency response server sends an unencrypted notification to a client device to activate the client device remotely. Once the emergency response server receives an encrypted message from the client device, the emergency response server sends an encrypted emergency client device, causing the client device to enter an emergency mode. The emergency response server then receives encrypted location information at more frequent intervals from the client device in the emergency mode and displays the location of the client device. Once the emergency situation has ended, the location of the client device is no longer displayed, and a signal is sent to cause the client device to exit the emergency mode.
