Abstract: Table top sanitizer dispenser bottle bases are disclosed herein. An exemplary table top sanitizer dispenser bottle base includes a movable upper housing, the upper moveable housing has a floor with an aperture located therein and a peripheral wall. The top sanitizer dispenser bottle includes a lower stationary housing. The upper movable housing is connected to the lower stationary housing and is configured to move linearly upward and downward with respect to lower stationary. One or more biasing members bias the upper movable housing upward. A switch is included and the upper movable housing has an engagement member or surface for actuating the switch upon downward movement of the upper movable housing. At least one of a visual indicator and an audible indicator are also included. Control circuitry is provided for activating the one or more of a visual indicator and audible indicator when the engagement member actuates the switch.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for measuring a cross-sectional dimension or deviation from a predetermined shape of an elongated moving object. The apparatus is rotated about the object and includes a light source and photo-diode array. By continuous rotation of the apparatus about the object, deviations in the cross-sectional dimension are determined.

Abstract: Method for in situ release into a matrix of modifying reagent by exposure of selectively responsive means to electromagnetic radiation using a composition comprising a modifiable matrix and means selectively releasing aliquot portions of modifier distributively through the matrix, the means comprising microcapsules containing a matrix-modifying effective amount of the modifier portions out of matrix contact and releasably in electromagnetic radiation-responsive relation, whereby the matrix is modified by contact with the modifier upon composition exposure to electromagnetic radiation.

Abstract: A roller guide assembly for guiding a workpiece into the roll pass of a rolling mill has hydraulic or mechanical reaction means operable to apply a substantially constant load through the guide rollers to the workpiece irrespective of the lateral displacement of the rollers by the workpiece. The guide rollers are carried by pivotally mounted arms which extend lengthwise through the assembly housing and the reaction means bear against these arms.
