  • Patent number: 12231250
Abstract: An agenda dictating a sequence of actions to occur during a conference associated with a plurality of participants is accessed. The sequence of actions is associated with an electronic signature envelope. Content shared by a sharing participant of the conference is monitored for content corresponding to a given action of the sequence. Responsive to detecting the content corresponding to the given action, an acting participant for the given action is determined and data obtained from sensors of a client device of the acting participant is monitored. It is determined that the data indicates that the acting participant has performed the given action and an auditable data structure reflective of the data is generated. The content shared by the sharing participant of the conference is automatically modified to include content corresponding to a next action of the sequence of actions.

  • Publication number: 20250050752
Abstract: Methods and systems for charging an electric vehicle (EV) are described herein. An EV may require additional battery power to reach a charging station. A remote server in communication with the EV or an on-board computer or mobile device in the EV may obtain data to determine a location for the EV to meet a charging vehicle. The charging vehicle may be dispatched to meet the EV and deliver power to it, enabling the EV to reach a charging station or other destination. In some examples, the charging vehicle may deliver power to the EV while both vehicles are stationary. In other examples, the charging vehicle may couple to the EV while both vehicles are in motion.

  • Publication number: 20250053745
Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, identifying an entity of a natural language question, locating a node of a knowledge graph corresponding to the entity, and generating a candidate answer set including a group of other entities located a predetermined proximity to the node. Contextual information for the group of other entities is determined from the knowledge graph, and the natural language question and contextual information are separately encoded to obtain separate encoded vectorial representations of the natural language question and members of the candidate answer set. The encoding uses pre-trained language model embeddings obtained via a bidirectional encoder representations from transformer encoding process. The encoded vectorial representations of the question under an influence of aspects of the contextual information are scored and a member of the candidate answer set selected according to the score to obtain an answer to the original question.

  • Patent number: 12220939
Abstract: A locking cap system for a marker pen that can be manufactured onto or retrofit onto a standard, commercially available marker pen. It uses a removeable lock ring (or the equivalent formed onto the nose cone of the marker) and a locking cap. The lock ring is slid over, and partially down the marker barrel until its circular inner face frictionally engages the exterior perimeter of the marker barrel. The exterior surface of the lock ring is conformed for locking mechanical engagement with the locking cap. This may be with engaging threads and a freewheeling inner cap liner that is depressed for locked engagement with an outer cap, or it may with via a set of outwardly expandable tabs on the lock ring that are conformed for engagement in a set of mating slots in the cap. There are two embodiments.

  • Patent number: 12216788
Abstract: Systems and methods for the meta-estimation of data structures representing identifiers are disclosed. The system maintain one or more data records comprising one or more identifiers and one or more attributes. Using the data records, the system can generate a first data structure, such as a probabilistic data structure, that represents the plurality of data records. The first data structure can have a plurality of registers. The system can identify a subset of the plurality of registers that are equal to a predetermined value, and generate a second data structure that represents the subset of the plurality of registers. The system can then store the second data structure as a meta-estimation of the first, and can utilize the second data structure in further processing operations.

  • Patent number: 12218772
Abstract: A centralized document system integrates online document execution and conferencing to control access to precipitant information. Precipitant information includes access codes, personal identification numbers, sensitive information, or any other secured information for which execution of an online document is a prerequisite for access to the secured information. The centralized document system detects precipitant information that is presented during a conference and controls access to the detected precipitant information (e.g., by generating permission rules that specify a type of online document to be executed to gain access). The centralized document system may determine whether a user has executed one or more online documents and thus, has authorization to access the detected precipitant information. If the user has not executed the online documents, the centralized document system can control access to the precipitant information by modifying the conference (e.g., using censors or breakout rooms).
