A liquid dispenser can have an elongate interior reservoir, a protruding carry loop, and an engagement zone with contours that engage with a latch in a paper-towel holder. The dispenser can have a spray trigger underneath the carry loop and a protruding roll stop. It can be sized to fit within a cylindrical cardboard tube configured to hold paper towels. A paper-towel holder can support and engage a liquid dispenser.

The controller is configured to: 1) place the tamper-proof gateway in a secure state in response to receiving the alert signal from the tamper switch, and 2) withdraw the tamper-proof gateway from the secure state in response to receiving authentication information. Withdrawing the gateway from the secure state may comprise placing the tamper-proof gateway in a first privileged state or a second privileged state.

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may transmit, to a first access point (AP), via a Primary Connectivity Radio (PCR), a request indicating that on a condition that the WTRU is disassociated from the first AP, the WTRU will enter a wake-up radio (WUR) only discovery mode. The WTRU may receive, from the first AP, via the PCR, a management frame that has WUR discovery elements including an indication of at least one channel used by a second AP. The WTRU may perform disassociation from the first AP. The WTRU may activate a WUR and deactivate the PCR. On a condition that the WTRU is disassociated from the first AP, the WTRU may receive, from the second AP, via the WUR, a WUR frame over the at least one channel to enable the WTRU to activate the PCR to initiate association.
