  • Publication number: 20190275591
Abstract: A machining tool for cutting a work component includes a cutting tool insert having a cutting surface along a portion of an external surface that defines a circumference of the cutting tool insert. A plurality of cartridges are insertable into the machining tool, each having an insert pocket for receiving the cutting tool insert. The cutting tool insert is rotatable between first, second and third fixed positions in each insert pocket of the plurality of cartridges, a first portion of the cutting surface exposed when the cutting tool insert is in the first fixed position, a second portion of the cutting surface exposed when the cutting tool insert is in the second fixed position, and a third portion of the cutting surface exposed when the cutting tool insert is in the third fixed position. The insert pocket of each of the plurality of cartridges is offset from each other.

  • Patent number: 9255778
Abstract: A gauge apparatus includes an extension assembly. The gauge apparatus also includes a profile assembly configured to radially extend from an outer periphery of the extension assembly. The profile assembly is configured to reciprocally coaxially travel relative to the extension assembly. The profile assembly is configured to cease coaxial movement in response to making travel-interfering contact.

  • Publication number: 20060182946
Abstract: An engineered fibre reinforced cement product including a first major surface to which a carbonation reducing sealer is applied and a second generally opposing major surface to which a carbonation reducing sealer is applied, so as to reduce propensity for differential carbonation in the product. A method of manufacturing a durable fibre reinforced cement product, said method comprising steps of: (e) mixing a wet fibre reinforced cement formulation; (f) forming from said formulation a green product defining first and second generally opposing major surfaces; (g) curing the green product to form a cured product; and (h) applying a carbonation reducing sealer to said first and second major surfaces, so as to reduce propensity for differential carbonation in the product. An engineered fibre reinforced cement product including a first major surface with a reduced propensity to differential carbonation, wherein the product has a cement to silica ratio of between 0.29 and around 0.

  • Publication number: 20050138865
Abstract: An eave lining system for buildings including an eave lining sheet pre-finished on at least one exposed surface and securing means for affixing the eave sheet to a support surface is provided. The eave sheet and securing means are configured such that minimal post installation finishing is required. In a preferred form, the system includes a pre-finished corner trim system for concealing and finishing the joint between the eave lining sheet and the adjacent building surface. The trim system can be a two-part system including an inner core element that is secured to the eave support structure or adjacent building surface, and an outer pre-finished clip on cover element. The cover element can be made of standard straight length sections and custom pre-formed corner pieces that sit over the ends of the straight sections.
