  • Publication number: 20220321655
Abstract: A system comprising one or more computers implements a synthetic sensor service configured to deploy synthetic sensors to in-vehicle computing devices implementing an in-vehicle distributed computing environment. A synthetic sensor may be placed monolithically at a single computing device (e.g. ECU) in the vehicle, or may be modularly placed on multiple computing devices (e.g. multiple ECUs) of the vehicle that each have resources or inputs that the synthetic sensor requires. The modular components of the synthetic sensor may execute in a runtime environment of the in-vehicle distributed computing environment, such that the modular components function as a unified synthetic sensor even though they are placed on different computing devices of the vehicle (e.g. different ECUs).

  • Publication number: 20220319790
Abstract: A method for identifying a type of fault condition with a circuit breaker includes detecting by the circuit breaker a fault condition of a plurality of fault conditions, storing in a memory device a trip code representing a type of the detected fault condition, interrupting current flow through the branch circuit in response to detecting the fault condition, and receiving a reset of the circuit breaker. The trip code may then be displayed in response to a momentary press of a test button that is a short duration press, and activating an LED interface in the circuit breaker to indicate the trip code representing the type of the detected fault condition.

  • Publication number: 20220321586
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an innovative system, method, and computer program product for automated device activity analysis in both a forward and reverse fashion. A collaborative system for receiving data and continuously analyzing the data to determine emerging patterns associated with particular user devices is provided. The system is also designed to generate a historical query of user device touch points or interaction points with entity systems across multiple data vectors, and generate system alerts as patterns or potential issues are identified. Common characteristics of data may be used to detect patterns that are broadened in scope and used in a generative neural network approach.

  • Publication number: 20220317221
Abstract: Systems and methods for estimating magnetic susceptibility of a patient through continuous motion in an MRI scanner are provided herein. In one or more examples, during the collection of data, the patient can be instructed to move their head or other part of the body in a continuous manner and for a fixed duration of time. During the fixed duration of time, magnitude a data from the RF signal can be received by one or more RF coils can be collected. The received and undersampled magnitude data can be converted to phase data which can then be converted to magnetic susceptibility. Thus magnetic susceptibility can be determined while allowing for continuous motion during the MRI scan, which can be more comfortable and feasible for the patient in contrast to techniques that require the patient to hold their body at a particular orientation in the scanner for a fixed duration of time.

  • Publication number: 20220318636
Abstract: In various embodiments, a training application trains machine learning models to perform tasks associated with 3D CAD objects that are represented using B-reps. In operation, the training application computes a preliminary result via a machine learning model based on a representation of a 3D CAD object that includes a graph and multiple 2D UV-grids. Based on the preliminary result, the training application performs one or more operations to determine that the machine learning model has not been trained to perform a first task. The training application updates at least one parameter of a graph neural network included in the machine learning model based on the preliminary result to generate a modified machine learning model. The training application performs one or more operations to determine that the modified machine learning model has been trained to perform the first task.

  • Publication number: 20220313018
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a kamado-style grill and smoker having one or more air-intake openings and one or more exhaust openings. Like conventional kamado-style grills and smokers, a user may manually adjust the air-intake opening(s) and/or exhaust opening(s) to manually control the air flow, and thus the temperature, within the cooking chamber. However, unlike the prior art, the kamado-style grill and smoker includes an integrated fan unit that provides a completely different and alternative air-intake pathway for drawing air into the cooking chamber and controlling the cooking or smoking temperature using a fan. By providing this alternative mechanism for controlling the temperature in the cooking chamber, the kamado-style grill and smoker disclosed herein can be operated using either manual or automated temperature control, making it accessible to both novice and experienced users alike.

  • Publication number: 20220315014
Abstract: A system and method for measuring a driver's actual driving behaviors (e.g., acceleration, deceleration) in a manual driving mode to determine their preferred driving style, and then causing an autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle to operate itself, within limits, in accordance with the drivers' driving style when operating in a self-driving mode, thereby providing a more familiar and comfortable driving experience for the driver. Data is collected on the actual driving behavior, any pre-existing data is accessed on the actual driving behavior, and the collected data and the pre-existing data are combined. A custom control is then created based upon the combined data, and the custom control is applied to manage the self-driving behavior of the autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle in a self-driving mode. Additional data continues to be collected on the actual driving behavior, and the custom control is adjusted based upon the collected additional data.
