  • Publication number: 20180268453
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and computer-implemented methods for generating a composite image. Consistent with some embodiments, a method includes receiving a first image captured by a camera on a user device and a request for a composite image based on the first image. A database of images is queried based on the first image to identify a second image. The second image is provided to the user device for presentation via an application running on the user device. A selection of one or more image elements from the second image is received via the application running on the user device. The composite image is generated by replacing one or more elements of the first image with the selected one or more elements from the second image, and the composite image is provided to the user device.

  • Publication number: 20170004557
Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for generating recommendations for data and prioritizing data based on the recommendations are presented. The system accesses an item listing including an item description and determines the item listing is a candidate for a recommendation label. The system receives a recommendation indication for the item listing. The recommendation indication represents a recommendation for the item listing between a first price and a second price. In response to the recommendation indication, the system associates a recommendation tag with the item listing and causes presentation of the item listing with a representation of the recommendation tag.

  • Publication number: 20160356611
Abstract: In various example embodiments, systems and methods for enabling users to modify elements of a traffic commute are presented. For example, one embodiment involves a server computer receiving a bid value and a commute path from a client device. The server computer analyzes the received information to identify an available commute modification associated with the commute path, makes and verifies a modification in communication with traffic devices such as a street light if the bid is accepted, and then informs the client device that the modification impacting the user's traffic commute was accepted. In certain embodiments, different groups of users with different commutes associated with conflicting commute modifications bid against each other.

  • Publication number: 20160350826
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and computer-implemented methods for creating and maintaining a high-quality image marketplace. Consistent with some embodiments, a method includes receiving a request from a device for an image corresponding to a location. An image file corresponding to the location is then retrieved from an image repository of the image marketplace. The method further includes composing image data using the image file, and determining a price for the image data based on a relationship between the requesting device and the location. The image data may then be transmitted to the requesting device in response to receiving a payment of the price.
