    Abstract: A suspension conversion assembly includes: a brace, a spring beam, a spring member, and a lateral support arm. The brace is configured to attach to a forward leaf spring mount and a rear leaf spring mount, each on a frame of a vehicle. The spring beam is pivotably attached to the brace at a pivot, wherein the spring beam is configured to attach to an axle at an end thereof opposite from the pivot. The spring member extends between the spring beam and the axle. The lateral support arm is fixed to the spring beam and is configured to engage with a lateral support receiver of the brace for limiting movement of the axle in a lateral direction.

The manifold defines: a channel for connection to a fluid source, a discharge port, an electrical connector housing configured to selectively couple to an external wiring harness. The actuator selectively controls fluid communication between the channel and the discharge port. The pressure sensor is configured to measure a fluid pressure in the discharge port. The electronics module has a multi-conductor interface with a plurality of conductors that extend to the electrical connector housing to provide connection to one or more external systems, and is in communication with the pressure sensor to command the actuator to selectively control fluid communication between the channel and the discharge port based on the pressure in the discharge port, to thereby control inflation of one or more tires connected to the discharge port.

A method includes inserting an actuator rod into an open end of a vessel, the actuator rod carrying an annular seal, and an axial stop; sealing the open end of the vessel around the actuator rod; operating the actuator rod to actuate: the axial stop to move in a radially outward direction relative to the actuator rod; and the annular seal to radially expand to abut the axial stop and seal against an inner circumferential surface of the vessel.
