The sweepstakes engine is configured to automatically generate a set of sweepstakes rules based upon the geographic location of users as taken from their IP address. The sweepstakes engine utilizes a sweepstakes rules database to generate a set of rules that are pushed out to a sweepstakes rules website as well as gaming players.
