Abstract: An electrified container for deterring an animal from accessing the contents thereof. The storage container having at least one access aperture and at least one section of electrically conductive material attached to the exterior of said storage container. Preferably, the section of electrically conductive material is configured to conduct current through an animal upon contact with the container, thus providing an electric shock to the animal.
