  • Patent number: 11804902
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, implementing an Optical Line Terminal (OLT) that successfully communicates with Optical Network Terminals having various ONT Management Control Interface (OMCI) parameter configurations. The OLT is configured to perform operations including determining that two different sets of OMCI parameters are required to communicate with two different ONTs and registering both of the two different ONTs using two different sets of OMCI parameters. The registration includes configuring communications with a first ONT using a first set of OMCI parameters and configuring communications with a second ONT using a second set of OMCI parameters that differs from the first set of OMCI parameters. After completing the registering, the OLT exchanges network traffic with each of the two different ONTs according to their respective configurations.

  • Patent number: 11574182
Abstract: In certain embodiments, device inspection or repair may be facilitated via signal-based determinations. In some embodiments, one or more flaws may be detected on a portion of a device via an optical sensor. Based on the detection, a physical structure may be caused to physically interact with the portion of the user device. Information indicating signals from the physical interaction may be obtained. Based on the signal information, a determination of whether a repair process should be performed on the device may be effectuated. The device may be assigned to be repaired via the repair process based on the determination indicating that the repair process should be performed on the device. In some embodiments, the signal information may be provided to a prediction model to determine whether the repair process should be performed on the device.

  • Patent number: 11514532
Abstract: Techniques are described for managing data transfer between an enterprise system and a third-party provider system, through a batch interface of the third-party provider system. A batch of transaction data is uploaded through the batch interface for enrichment, and enrichment data is received in response. The enrichment data provides additional context regarding each of the transactions specified in the uploaded batch. The enrichment data can be sent back to the presented to user(s) through various tools. Prior to uploading, the batch can be filtered to include those records corresponding to users who have opted into a service. Filtering can also exclude records for which enrichment data has already been provided through a real-time process. Reconciliation can be performed to ensure integrity of the communicated data.

  • Patent number: 9718196
Abstract: In some embodiments, robotic testing device is provided for more closely emulating human movement during robotic testing of a user device. In some embodiments, the robotic testing device may facilitate use of multiple robotic implements configured to interact with a mobile device during testing of the mobile device. One or more of the multiple robotic implements may be configured to move simultaneously, in succession, separately, and/or otherwise interact with a mobile device during performance of a test command on the mobile device. Further, a holder of the mobile device may be configured to move during performance of a test command on the mobile device.

  • Patent number: 8693314
Abstract: A communication system comprises a plurality of subscriber lines that are bonded to provide a bonding group, referred to as the “primary bonding group.” A data stream comprising a plurality of data packets is transmitted to a port, referred to as the “primary port,” of a network termination unit (NTU) coupled to each subscriber line of the primary bonding group, and a bonding engine of the NTU fragments the data packets for transmission across the bonding group. Logic, referred to as “link state awareness (LSA) logic,” is configured to monitor at least one communication parameter indicative of the communication performance of the bonding group. If the measured communication performance is within a specified range, the LSA logic disables the primary port. Such action signals a switching element to switch communication to another NTU that is coupled to one or more other subscriber lines for backing up the primary bonding group.
