Abstract: A soap dispenser having a soap level indication system includes a soap container with a main volume surrounded by one or more sidewalls, a channel disposed along at least one sidewall of the one or more sidewalls and being fluidically coupled to the main volume of the soap container via a passage, a float structure disposed within the channel and configured to float in a liquid within the soap container, and a level indicator disposed along an exterior surface of at least one sidewall of the one or more sidewalls. The level indicator is located adjacent the float structure. Further, the level indicator and the float structure are magnetically coupled to each other so that the level indicator indicates the location of the float structure within the channel.

Abstract: A dispenser includes a housing surrounding a volume, an opening formed within a bottom wall of the housing to expose the volume to an environment external to the dispenser, and an insert disposed within the housing. The insert includes first and second sidewalls oriented parallel to each other, an opening formed in a bottom wall of the insert and aligned with the opening of the housing, angled guide walls extending inward from the first and second sidewalls and toward the opening, and a volume disposed between the sidewalls of the insert configured to receive a product stack e.g., paper hand towels. The angled guide walls are configured to reduce the volume of the product stack adjacent the bottom wall.

Abstract: A grab bar includes a continuous support bar extending between a first end and a second end vertically spaced apart from the first end. The continuous support bar has a top section extending away from the first end, a bottom section extending away from the second end and angling upward toward the top section, and a bend formed between and connecting the top section and the bottom section. A brace member is coupled to and extends between the top section and the bottom section.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for controlling interactions between customers and agents. One embodiment is a system that includes an interface which receives a request to initiate a conversation. The system also includes a controller that acts as a message broker for the conversation by initiating a message stream between a customer device and an agent device, and records a time from receipt of each customer message to receipt of a corresponding agent response during the message stream. The controller also identifies an issue that the conversation is directed to, adjusts a permitted time period for agent responses based on a complexity of the issue, calculates an effectiveness score for the agent based on a number of agent responses that were provided within the permitted time period, updates a profile for the agent with the effectiveness score, and uses the effectiveness score as criteria for selecting the agent.

This may also include techniques for reordering keywords, introducing new keywords, and/or changing the attributes of keywords (e.g., size, font, color, spacing, etc.) assigned to a particular web page. Any of these techniques may be dynamically implemented by basing the optimization on one or more metrics and data collected from user interactions with the webpage.
