A system is comprised of the apparatus and a package secured to the top surface of the horizontal member. A consumer article may be positioned in the package. Methods of use of the systems for transport of consumer articles is also described herein. The apparatus, systems, and methods may permit convenient reuse of the apparatus and package.

The second mechanism includes one or more combined storage and delivery compartments.
