The apparatus also includes an upper mounting portion for fixedly connecting a first end of the strap to the wall, and a lower mounting portion for detachably connecting a second end of the strap to the wall. Also disclosed are methods of installing and using an apparatus for retaining a recreational vehicle attachment.
