The solution includes a device for monitoring the system for messages associated with AV streams multicast over the system and implementing a conflict resolution protocol when a conflict of multicast addresses is detected, where the conflict resolution protocol utilizes automatically randomly selecting a preliminary multicast address from a defined range of addresses.

    Abstract: Methods, processing systems, and computer-readable mediums for automated designing of patient-specific cranial implants may include extracting pixel data from a DICOM file; generating a virtual skull model based on the pixel data; identifying a mid-sagittal plane of the virtual skull model; identifying a surgical hole in the virtual skull model; mirroring a reference side of the virtual skull model onto a surgical hole side of the virtual skull model; subtracting the surgical hole side from the mirrored reference side to generate a virtual cranial implant; and generating a virtual two-part mold based on the virtual cranial implant. A physical two-part mold can be 3D printed based on the virtual two-part mold, and a physical cranial implant can be constructed using the physical two-part mold.

    Abstract: Communicating posts in a social media network safe mode (SMNSM) may include receiving, by a processor, post entries each having selected permissions in the SMNSM on a social media network. The processor analyzes sentiment of the post entries to detect potential harm or embarrassment. The processor selectively displays post entry trends and categorizes the sentiment of the post entries or reply post entries. A safety alert is sent to a creator for negative categorized post entries. The processor selectively forwards the post entries to a selected reviewer, and selectively forwards a feedback communication from the reviewer to the creator. The processor selectively publishes the post entries. Unpublished post entries are viewable by the creator. Post entries selected for publishing are displayed in an initial intended post space, and the selected post entries for publishing are one of immediately posted or selectively delayed for publishing.
