  • Publication number: 20150296017
Abstract: A link to a file to be stored at a network location is calculated using a client before the file is uploaded to the network location. The client may calculate the link to the network location either while online or offline. In response to determining to upload a file, a link to the file at the network location is calculated before uploading the file. The created link may be a direct link that specifies the file at the network location as the destination of the link and/or a redirect link that when used redirects the user to the file at the network location. The link may be created using various information (e.g. a default location, filename, and/or a unique key). When online, the client may reserve a specific link with the network location before the file is uploaded.

  • Patent number: 9137185
Abstract: The size of attachments to an electronic message are examined before the message is sent to determine if the attachments exceed a size threshold. When the size of the attachments exceed the threshold, one or more of the attachments are uploaded to a shared location that is accessible to the recipients of the message. A link replaces each attachment that was uploaded to the shared location. Permissions are automatically set at the shared location such that each of the recipients of the message are able to access the uploaded attachment.

  • Publication number: 20150132712
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for endodontic treatment of teeth provide effective cleaning of organic material (such as pulp and diseased tissue) from the root canal system. In an embodiment, a compressor system generates high pressure liquid (e.g., water) that flows through an orifice to produce a high-velocity collimated jet of liquid. The high-velocity jet is directed toward a surface of a tooth, for example, an exposed dentinal surface, and impingement of the jet onto the surface generates an acoustic wave that propagates throughout the tooth. The acoustic wave effectively detaches organic material from dentinal surfaces and tubules. The detached organic material is flushed from the root canal system by the liquid jet and/or by additional irrigation.

  • Publication number: 20150096550
Abstract: A double oven range appliance and a gas burner and floor assembly for an oven appliance are provided. The gas burner and floor assembly includes a cooking chamber bottom panel with a projection defining a plurality of openings. A gas burner is positioned above the plurality of openings. A floor panel is positioned below the cooking chamber bottom panel. An insulation panel is mounted to the floor panel such that the insulation panel is disposed below the plurality of openings. The gas burner and floor assembly can assist with limiting heat transfer along a vertical direction while also providing a suitable flow of air at the gas burner.

  • Patent number: 8944062
Abstract: A forehead support for a mask assembly includes a frame connector provided to a mask frame, a forehead cushion support movably mounted to the frame connector for generally linear movement between retracted and extended positions with respect to the frame connector, and an adjustment knob movably mounted to the frame connector and threadably engaged with the forehead cushion support such that turning movement of the adjustment knob causes the forehead cushion support to be moved between the retracted and extended positions. The adjustment knob includes a resilient prong having a ratchet bump. The ratchet bump is adapted to selectively engage a series of ridges provided to the frame connector to provide indexed incremental adjustment.

  • Publication number: 20140360029
Abstract: A reciprocating saw including an outer housing positioned along a longitudinal axis of the reciprocating saw. The reciprocating saw also includes a motor casing covering a portion of a motor, and a gear casing positioned within the outer housing and coupled to the motor casing. A rib is formed on either one of the gear casing and the outer housing, and the rib extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis. In addition, a window is formed in either one of the outer housing and the motor casing. The rib forms an egress path between the gear casing and the outer housing in communication with the window.

  • Publication number: 20140305512
Abstract: A method of flushing liquid fuel from valves and nozzles in a gas turbine is conducted via a mixing valve including flow passages for fuel and water. In the method, water is flowed through the flow passages, and the flow is interrupted for a period of no flow. This flow profile is repeated such that the water flow is pulsed through the flow passages.

  • Publication number: 20140283394
Abstract: A power tool includes a housing, a motor, and a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism includes a driven gear that is rotated by the motor. The driven gear is vertically-oriented within the housing and has an upper portion and a lower portion. The drive mechanism also includes a connecting rod coupled to the driven gear to translate rotary motion of the driven gear into reciprocating motion, and an output shaft coupled to the connecting rod to reciprocate relative to the housing through a cutting stroke and a return stroke. The drive mechanism further includes a counterweight coupled to the driven gear for rotation with the driven gear. The counterweight moves through the upper portion of the driven gear during the cutting stroke of the output shaft, and moves through the lower portion of the driven gear during a return stroke of the output shaft.

  • Publication number: 20140173423
Abstract: Document changes are sent within a body of an electronic message to reviewers that are collaborating on the document. The document may be any type of document to which changes/comments are made, such as word processing documents, spreadsheets, slides, and the like. A reviewer receiving the electronic message may accept/reject changes and/or make comments/modifications to the document changes that are contained within the electronic message. For example, a reviewer may edit the document changes that are included within the body of the electronic message to add a comment and/or make changes to the change. A reviewer may also have the option to accept/reject changes directly from within the electronic message. After making any changes, the reviewer replies to the electronic message and the changes that are included within the electronic message are applied to the document.
