Abstract: The present invention provides a device for performing stretching exercises for alleviation of pain, the device including a main pole comprising a right stick and left stick and an upper telescopic pipe and a lower telescopic pipe disposed therebetween, a stretching pole with an attached holding stick disposed generally perpendicularly to an upper end thereof and a leaning stick disposed generally perpendicularly to the main pole at an upper end thereof, wherein the main pole is connected to the stretching pole via a hinge.
