Abstract: Apparatus and method to serialize electronic localized data, or to produce electronic localized data from serialized data. The apparatus to serialize includes: a receiver to collect electronic localized data; a processor coupled to the receiver, the processor configured to receive the electronic localized data collected by the receiver; a memory coupled to the processor, the memory configured to store an application program; an interface to a serialization module, to serialize electronic localized data collected by the receiver, wherein the interface is callable from the application program; and a storage module configured to store the serialized data from the serialization module.
