  • Publication number: 20240376699
Abstract: A bath waste and overflow drain system of the present disclosure may comprise both drain and overflow assemblies. The drain assembly generally includes a drain elbow, drain gasket, drain spud, drain trim, and drain stopper. The drain trim may possess weep channels that urge stagnated water from a periphery of the drain spud and into the drain. The overflow assembly generally includes an overflow elbow, overflow gasket, retaining nut, and overflow faceplate. The overflow faceplate may have bayonet channels that engage with a protrusion of the overflow elbow so as to accommodate variances in tub design when effecting an installation. An embodiment of the system may also comprise test plugs of the overflow and drain varieties which are, together, operable to permit pressure-related tests of the system prior to completing an installation. The overflow and drain test plugs are simple to manipulate and install/remove with quick-engaging, complementary locking features.

  • Publication number: 20230071075
Abstract: A radio frequency scanner system for mobile network testing includes at least one switchable directional antenna assembly, a radio frequency receiver, and a processing circuit. The antenna assembly includes several directional antennas oriented in different directions. The radio frequency receiver is configured to process the radio frequency signal received by the antenna assembly, thereby converting the at least one radio frequency signal to a baseband signal. The processing circuit is configured to process at least two baseband signals associated with two different directional antennas in order to determine an angle of arrival (AoA) of the at least one radio frequency signal with respect to the at least one antenna assembly. The processing circuit is configured to estimate a geographic location of a base station emitting the at least one radio frequency signal based on the angle of arrival of the at least one radio frequency signal.

  • Patent number: 11326733
Abstract: A system of pipe insulating sleeves includes a series of elastomeric foam insulating sleeves that are capable of opening up to, and beyond, 180 degrees, to accommodate and capture an undersink pipe. The disclosed system may include a number of different sleeves that are capable of coupling to one another at respective couplers so as to form the system. The sleeves may include fastening mechanisms to retain the sleeves in the closed configuration while capturing the pipe, so as to create a smooth, streamlined appearance that is aesthetically pleasing. Also disclosed is a method of installing the sleeves. The sleeves are made of an elastomeric foam material that has heat insulating properties, and which may also have antibacterial and antimicrobial properties that make it particularly advantageous for use in undersink pipe insulating.

  • Publication number: 20180087248
Abstract: A plumbing attachment system according to a first embodiment includes a pipe, a flexible spud, and a gasket. The flexible spud may be sealingly attached to a hole in a tank to provide a liquid proof seal therebetween. The flexible spud includes a flexible ring portion, which enables the system to be inserted into and to be retained within the hole of the tank. A plumbing attachment system according to a second embodiment comprises a new pipe, drain gasket, collar, and compression gasket, where the system is configured for attachment to an existing pipe construct. In a third embodiment, the system includes a pipe-guiding connector, sized and dimensioned to mate with a pipe and to provide a guiding track (“shelf) for positioning the pipe relative to a hole in a tank for ease of installation. Methods of installing the attachment systems in plumbing applications are also disclosed.
