Abstract: The following describes a system and methods that provide integrated web-based graphic user interface to manage communications for a variety of WEB-accessible mobile devices, computers, and other consumer electronic devices. The user interface provides a dynamic calendar. The dynamic calendar has the ability to focus the calendar, adjust the size of the calendar, and determine availability of other system users. In addition, the system may automatically organize events scheduled on the calendar.
