Abstract: A system for dissolving solid chemical may include three reservoirs positioned in a vertically stacked arrangement. A solid chemical reservoir configured to receive solid chemical to be dissolved may be nested in a solution generator reservoir into which water is introduced to erode the solid chemical. A dissolved chemical reservoir can be positioned under the solid chemical reservoir and the solution generator reservoir. The dissolved chemical reservoir can store solution generated using the system. In some examples, a recirculation circuit is used to recirculate water introduced into the solution generator reservoir until a solution having a target concentration of the chemical being dissolved is achieved. The recirculation circuit may include a recirculation line having an outlet aimed at the bottom wall of the solid chemical reservoir.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a roll-in cot may include a support frame, a pair of back legs, a pair of front legs, and a cot actuation system. The pair of back legs and the pair of front legs can be slidingly coupled to the support frame. Each of the pair of front legs can include a front wheel and an intermediate load wheel. The intermediate load wheel is offset from the front wheel by a load wheel distance. A front actuator can raise the pair of front legs such that the front wheel and the intermediate load wheel of each of the pair of front legs are aligned along a loading level. The intermediate load wheel of each of the pair of front legs can be offset from the pair of back legs by a loading span. The load wheel distance can be greater than the loading span.

Abstract: A data collection system is based on a general set of dialogue acts which are derived from a database schema. Crowd workers perform two types of tasks: (i) identification of sensical dialogue paths and (ii) performing context-dependent paraphrasing of these dialogue paths into real dialogues. The end output of the system is a set of training examples of real dialogues which have been annotated with their logical forms. This data can be used to train all three components of the dialogue system: (i) the semantic parser for understanding context-dependent utterances, (ii) the dialogue policy for generating new dialogue acts given the current state, and (iii) the generation system for both deciding what to say and how to render it in natural language.

Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure relate to reducing coupling between acoustic wave resonators. An isolation region of a substrate can be located between acoustic wave resonators. The isolation region can reduce capacitive coupling through the substrate between the acoustic wave resonators. In certain embodiments, the isolation region can be located between acoustic wave resonators of different filters to thereby increase isolation between the filters.

Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure relate to methods of manufacturing acoustic wave components that include acoustic wave resonators that share a substrate. Laser light can be applied to alter a region of the substrate that is located between two of the acoustic wave resonators. Altering the region with laser light can reduce coupling between the two acoustic resonators through the substrate. The substrate can be monolithic after laser the light is applied.

Abstract: Therefore, what has been described is an improved for visually implementing a web page layout, where the web page layout includes a nested drop zone. Allowing the user to interactively implement nested drop zones provides numerous benefits, including the benefit of being able to create specialized layout configurations for a web page without requiring the need for expert programmers to write computer code for the new configuration. This permits the user to implement a highly customized layout in a very easy and efficient way. In addition, an improved approach has been described to implement a new type of widget that obtains its context information from another widget. For example, when a contextual widget is dropped into a drop zone, that contextual widget would obtain its context data from its parent drop zone widget.

Abstract: Lighting units for use with garage door openers and associated door tracks in residential garages and other similar settings are described herein. In some embodiments, the lighting units can be easily attached to a door track by means of one or more magnets. In other embodiments, the lighting units can be easily daisy-chained together to provide increased lighting. Additionally, in further embodiments, lighting units described herein can be operably connected to a garage door opening system so that they operate in conjunction with the door opening system.

A model of a physical environment is accessed and a three dimensional mesh definition comprising a plurality of mesh cells is received where the mesh is associated with the physical environment. A given mesh cell is associated with a logical address. Augmented reality, virtual reality, and/or other content may be associated with a given mesh cell. Tracking data corresponding to movement of a user in the physical environment is received. The tracking data may be compared with mesh cell locations to identify matching mesh cells. Addresses associated with the matching mesh cells are used to identify associated content. The identified associated augmented reality, virtual reality, and/or other content may be rendered using an augmented reality, virtual reality, or other rendering device.

Abstract: Switch assemblies and switching methods are disclosed. In some embodiments, a switch assembly may include a first blade having a first contact within an enclosed cavity, and a second blade having a second contact within the enclosed cavity. The first and second contacts are operable to make or break contact with one another in response to a magnetic field. The switch assembly may further include a coating formed over each of the first and second contacts, the coating including a titanium layer, a second layer formed over the titanium layer, and a tungsten-copper layer formed over the second layer. In some embodiments, the second layer is copper or molybdenum.

Abstract: A system that allows non-engineers administrators, without programming, machine language, or artificial intelligence system knowledge, to expand the capabilities of a dialogue system. The dialogue system may have a knowledge system, user interface, and learning model. A user interface allows non-engineers to utilize the knowledge system, defined by a small set of primitives and a simple language, to annotate a user utterance. The annotation may include selecting actions to take based on the utterance and subsequent actions and configuring associations. A dialogue state is continuously updated and provided to the user as the actions and associations take place. Rules are generated based on the actions, associations and dialogue state that allows for computing a wide range of results.
