Abstract: A method, a system, and a computer program product for determining renewal of agreement documents. A first machine learning model is used to generate one or more portions of a document. Each portion of the document is associated with a predetermined subject. A query is generated using the predetermined subject. The query and one or more definitions of one or more attributes are provided to a second machine learning model. At least one attribute and a value assigned to the attribute are received from the second machine learning model. The value is extracted from one or more portions and assigned to the attribute. A graphical user interface displaying the attribute and the value assigned to the attribute is generated.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium for executing obligation management. One or more document portions are extracted from an electronic document using at least one machine learning model selected from a plurality of machine learning models based on at least one parameter associated with the electronic document. One or more entities are identified in one or more document portions of the electronic document. The entities are sent to a generative artificial intelligence (AI) model. The generative AI model is configured to generate one or more rules defining one or more obligations associated with one or more entities. One or more rules are executed to monitor compliance with one or more obligations by one or more entities.
