Patent number: 12174998Abstract: A system and method for processing a multiple data controller workflow fully honors data subject opt-outs but nevertheless takes advantage of the synergy of the combined data from multiple controllers to improve the effectiveness of messaging. A data services provider performs data resolution processing against the data from each data controller. Using the results of the resolution processing, opt-out lists that are in different formats and that may track different sorts of data may all be used for the joint campaign. Metadata is added to the data so that the source data controller is tracked through the processing. The data is then combined, resulting in a master opt-out list. If a data subject has opted out with respect to any controller, then the opt-out is applied to the joint campaign.Type: GrantFiled: November 19, 2020Date of Patent: December 24, 2024Assignee: LiveRamp, Inc.Inventors: Eloise Dietz, Chris Fetterolf, Joshua Lang, Henry Hartwell Swaffield

Publication number: 20230096093Abstract: The present disclosure relates in some aspects to immunogenic compositions including recombinant peptides and proteins comprising coronavirus viral antigens and immunogens, e.g., coronavirus S protein peptides. In some aspects, the immunogenic composition comprises a secreted fusion protein comprising a soluble coronavirus viral antigen joined by in-frame fusion to a C-terminal portion of a collagen which is capable of self-trimerization to form a disulfide bond-linked trimeric fusion protein. In some aspects, the immunogenic compositions provided herein are useful for generating an immune response, e.g., for treating or preventing a coronavirus infection. In some aspects, the immunogenic compositions provided herein may be used in a vaccine composition, e.g., as part of a prophylactic and/or therapeutic vaccine. Also provided herein are methods for producing the recombinant peptides and proteins, prophylactic, therapeutic, and/or diagnostic methods, and related kits.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 5, 2022Publication date: March 30, 2023Applicant: Sichuan Clover Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.Inventors: Peng LIANG, Joshua LANG

Patent number: 11010077Abstract: A machine and method of reducing duplicate transmission data employs one more more digests to track field/value pairs that have previously been distributed. Each digest contains a record table and a segment table. The record table includes anonymous identifier records, each of which contain an anonymous identifier and one or more indexes into the segment table. The segment table comprises an array of every existing data field/value pair. Before distribution of update data, each record is matched to an anonymous identifier record in the record table. The segment values in the prospective distribution record are compared to the digest's anonymous identifier record, used to determine which data has already been distributed, and thus will be suppressed in the distribution.Type: GrantFiled: February 25, 2019Date of Patent: May 18, 2021Assignee: LiveRamp, Inc.Inventors: James Arnold, Joshua Lang

Patent number: 8601135Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for a client application on a computing device to perform a configuration process with a wireless access point. The access point exposes an isolated, unsecured Access Point which provides access to the DHCP services and services by which a client application can run the WPS registration process over a TCP (or higher layer protocol) connection.Type: GrantFiled: January 3, 2012Date of Patent: December 3, 2013Assignee: CISCO Technology, Inc.Inventors: Joshua Lang, Craig Hobbs, Steve Kelly, John-Anthony Owens

Patent number: 8478849Abstract: A tool for managing a network of interconnected devices. The tool may provide a user with an interface that allows the user to view the type and status of each network device (that is, each device connected to the network), and even the status of the network itself. The tool may alternately or additionally provide a user with services related to the network, such as allowing a user to perform one or more tasks associated with devices in the network.Type: GrantFiled: September 15, 2006Date of Patent: July 2, 2013Assignee: Pure Networks LLC.Inventors: Brett Marl, Aaron Averbuch, Myk O'leary, Joshua Lang
