  • Patent number: 12235063
Abstract: Improvements in a firearm with a multi-part chamber locking assembly is disclosed to allow the casing ejection and reloading sequence to be temporarily slowed down to capture the optimum amount of ignited gun powders expanding gas, prior to the round exiting the barrel. Large slide component(s) of a firearm are replaced with a multi-part chamber locking assembly. This negates the requirement for a round to move laterally after moving vertically. The round only moves vertically thus mitigating the requirement for any forward motion. The multi-part chamber reduces the weight and materials needed to actuate all components of the ejecting and reloading process, so more energy is available to transfer movement of casing ejecting. The round is fired with a hammer or striker through impingement or a firing pin actuated action on a primer to ignite the propellant.

  • Publication number: 20240265319
Abstract: Improvements to construction software that automatically updates construction scheduling software, is viewable through a UX operating system, which displays critical information, and disseminates live updates and directives via alerts to all stakeholders and team members with both status and next step directives. The software creates schedule updates directly into the software and includes updates through linked, document driven status updates, sensory based schedule updates utilizing AI and machine learning. Trade mounted sensors that actively view work status, UAV/Drone/Robot integrated systems with sensors that regularly inspect status of project and factory-built assemblies. The system utilizes, Gantt chart oversite, driven by task management field updates, linked to Geo-Spatial location. The system provides updates with cloud-based applications, confirming a task is complete, documenting its location to help others find it based on satellite location with one's phone or mesh networks.

  • Publication number: 20240137122
Abstract: Improvements in secure communication using drones. The communication uses aircraft to provide a secure communication link that prevents undesirable reception. The secure link can be between two people, groups or more specific people. Optical transmission can be from laser, infrared, ultraviolet, white light or a particular wavelength of light. One or multiple aircraft to relay information between senders and receivers. The aircraft can be drones that operate within buildings or with overhead aircraft. The aircraft can intelligently follow or lead a person to maintain a line of sight. Each user can have their own tracking aircraft and the aircraft can communicate with each other using light and/or wireless communication to optimize line-of-sight between the aircraft over geographic medium. The geographic medium may include one or more terrain, air, water, and space. The object may be a soldier, vehicle, drone, or ballistic.

  • Publication number: 20240076872
Abstract: Improvements in pre-fabricated modular wall sections to construct a building or house is disclosed. Adjacent side of the wall sections are tapered and dovetailed that lock-in-place. The dovetails are spaced to reduce the height that one section must be lifted to engage in an adjoining wall section. The footers/base plate will also have integrated earthquake or hurricane hold-downs in the footer/base plate that aligns and can be secured from the foundation to the wall sections. The connection of the wall section to the foundation to have counter flashing at the concrete insert and the wall-to-wall sections can be self-flashed. The wall sections can have GPS locators for positioning the wall sections. Plumbing and electrical conduit creating circuits that can be integrated into the walls and are connected sealed or bonded together.

  • Publication number: 20230046309
Abstract: Systems and corresponding methods are provided for moving object predictive locating, reporting, and alerting. This method includes receiving moving object data corresponding to a moving object; receiving sensor data from a sensor and merging the received moving object data and the received sensor data into a set of merged data. The example method further includes based on the set of merged data, automatically determining one or more of a predicted location or range of locations for the moving object, a potential path of travel for the moving object, an alert concerning the moving object, and providing the alert. The automatically determining may be further based on one or more historical traits concerning the object, and the geographic medium the object is moving through. The geographic medium may include one or more of terrain, air, water, and space. The object may be a soldier, vehicle, drone, or ballistic.

  • Patent number: 10794076
Abstract: Improvements in a linear guide self-tracking modular telescoping structure is disclosed. The cover can be sized and fabricated to provide protection to a number of different uses from covering vehicles to offices, storage and operating rooms. The structure provides a fairly rigid shell to protect from objects falling on the cover and also to protect from snow loads. It uses a telescoping enclosure that retracts to occupy a small footprint when retracted. It may also include a side access door to allow a person to access the side of the structure. A power mechanism can extend and retract the cover as it is guided by the self-tracking rails. Seals not only protect from wind, snow, sand storm, extreme temperature or weather and rain, but also from rodents and insects that can accumulate within the structure if it is left unattended for a period of time.

  • Patent number: 10352057
Abstract: Improvements in a retractable vehicle cover is disclosed. The cover can be sized and fabricated to provide protection to a number of different vehicles including cars, trucks, motorcycles and bicycles. The vehicle cover provides a fairly rigid shell to protect from objects falling on the cover and also to protect from snow loads. It uses a telescoping enclosure that retracts to occupy a small footprint when the vehicle is not in the cover. It may also include a side access door to allow a person to access the driver and or passenger door when the enclosure covers the vehicle. A power mechanism can extend and retract the cover. Seal not only protect from wind, snow, sand storm, extreme temperature or weather and rain, but also from rodents and insects that can accumulate in a vehicle if it is left unattended for a period of time.
