  • Publication number: 20240119035
Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for merging multiple spreadsheets into one sheet, and/or exchanging data among the sheets, by expressing each sheet's formulae as an algebraic (equational) theory and each sheet's values as a model of its theory, and then performing one or more of “Kan-extension”, “psuedo-colimit”, and “lifting”, and constructions from category theory, to compute a canonically “universal” integrated theory and model, which can then be expressed as a spreadsheet and from which projections back to the sources are easily constructed.

  • Publication number: 20230014226
Abstract: The present invention relates to compounds of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate, tautomer, optical isomer, N-oxide, and/or prodrug thereof. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the invention, and to their use in the treatment or prevention of medical conditions in which inhibition of c-ABL is beneficial.

  • Publication number: 20220129904
Abstract: A system for providing notifications to client devices that includes one or more processors and one or more storage devices. The storage devices may store instructions that, when executed, configure the processors to perform operations. The operations include receiving a transaction notification from a third party; identifying a user account associated with the transaction notification; generating a push notification with a payload describing instructions to display a message and an interactive icon, and a resource identifier associated with the interactive icon, where the resource identifier includes a message ID encoding an interactive session and an action ID encoding a requested action. The operations also include transmitting the push notification to a client device associated with the user account; receiving a first indication indicating a user interaction with the interactive icon, the first indication having the resource identifier and updating the user account based on the action request.

  • Publication number: 20220036966
Abstract: A computer-implemented method of training a machine learning model to learn ligand binding similarities between protein binding sites is disclosed. The method comprises inputting to the machine learning model: a representation of a first binding site; a representation of a second binding site, wherein the representations of the first and second binding sites comprise structural information; and a label comprising an indication of ligand binding similarity between the first binding site and the second binding site. The method also comprises outputting from the machine model a similarity indicator based on the representations of the first and second binding sites; performing a comparison between the similarity indicator and the label; and updating the machine learning model based on the comparison.
