  • Publication number: 20240118716
Abstract: A nitrogen generation system includes a nitrogen generator and a bypass device. The nitrogen generator receives air and outputs nitrogen using the air along a first flow path to an outlet. The bypass device is coupled with an air source and the nitrogen generator. The bypass device controls flow of air from the air source to flow along the first path through the nitrogen generator or along a second path to the outlet based on a pressure condition.

  • Publication number: 20230417335
Abstract: A manual reset actuator includes a main drain, a diaphragm release aperture fluidly coupled to a flow control valve, an upper chamber, a control port, a control orifice, an upper chamber supply orifice, and a sealing assembly, which includes a button, and a plunger. A pressure in the upper chamber exerts a downward force on the plunger. A spring exerts an upward force on the plunger. The fluid in the upper chamber is released via the control orifice, which lowers the pressure in the upper chamber, decreasing the downward force exerted on the plunger. When the downward force is less than the upward force, the spring forces the plunger upwards into an open configuration, which unseals the diaphragm release aperture. When the upward force is less than the downward force, the plunger remains in a closed configuration, which keeps the diaphragm release aperture sealed.

  • Publication number: 20230302318
Abstract: A valve assembly includes a valve and a valve sensor. The valve includes a solenoid including a core and a coil, and a valve body having a closed state in which fluid is prevented from flowing through the valve body and an open state in which fluid flows through the valve body. The valve sensor detects at least one of the valve body and the coil and causes an alarm to be triggered responsive to not detecting the at least one of the valve body and the coil in a respective target position of the at least one of the valve body and the coil.

  • Publication number: 20230218939
Abstract: A sprinkler accelerator includes at least one accelerator opening, a vent, an actuator, an orifice, and a filter. The at least one accelerator opening couples with at least one pipe. The at least one pipe is coupled with at least one sprinkler. A gas including at least one of air and nitrogen is in the at least one pipe. The actuator moves, responsive to a rate of change of a first pressure applied by gas in the at least one accelerator opening satisfying a pressure rate threshold, to couple the at least one accelerator opening with the vent. The orifice is coupled with the at least one pipe to adjust the rate of change of the first pressure responsive to the at least one sprinkler changing to an open state. The filter is coupled with the orifice to filter fluid passing from the at least one pipe through the orifice.

  • Publication number: 20230166145
Abstract: A test valve including a body, a test assembly, a relief assembly, and a drain assembly. The body includes an inlet, an outlet, an internal wall isolating the inlet from the outlet, and a drain opening, a relief opening, and a test opening defined by the internal wall and structured to facilitate fluid communication between the inlet and the outlet. The test assembly is structured to seal and unseal the test opening to selectively fluidly couple the inlet and the outlet. The relief assembly is structured to seal and unseal the relief opening to selectively fluidly couple the inlet and the outlet. The drain assembly is structure to seal and unseal the drain opening to selectively fluidly couple the inlet and the outlet.
