  • Publication number: 20180067547
Abstract: The present system includes a virtual reality headset helmet adaptor that retains a virtual reality headset against the face of a user when the user wears a helmet and the virtual reality headset. The adaptor is configured to be operated by the user to tighten the virtual reality headset against the face of the user. The system also facilitates selection of a virtual reality motion experience for presentation to the user via the virtual reality headset, and control commands related to starting and/or stopping such a presentation. The selection of information is performed by an operator using an operator control system that is located remotely from the virtual reality headset. The system also receives information from sensor output signals indicating body position, head position, and/or eye position of the user during the virtual reality motion experience, and adjusts the presentation of the virtual reality motion experience based on this information.
