  • Publication number: 20200165055
Abstract: A portable storage container includes a body and a lid. The body has a bottom and sides that define an interior storage volume. The lid is attachable to the body for closing the interior storage volume and includes a lid base, a first lid member, and a second lid member. The first lid member is hingeably attached to the lid base on a first side and the second lid member is hingeably attached on a second side. Each of the lid members includes a handle recess and an attached handle. The handle of the first lid member is positioned at least partially in the handle recess of the second lid member and the handle of the second lid member is positioned at least partially in the handle recess of the first lid member when the first lid member opened and the second lid member is closed.

  • Publication number: 20200102126
Abstract: A storage container includes a base having an interior storage volume, a lid, and a latch configured to move between an unsecured position in which the lid is movable from the closed position and a secured position in which the lid is retained in the closed position. The latch is configured to extend through an aperture defined by the lid and the base. The latch includes an extended edge to prevent the latch from passing entirely through the aperture. The latch is captured by the lid and floats within the lid portion of the aperture. The latch also includes a resilient portion configured to engage an opening in the base portion of the aperture to selectively retain the lid and the body in the closed position when the latch is in the secured position. The latch is not permanently attached to the base or to the lid.

  • Patent number: 7543623
Abstract: An insulated glass window assembly including a cordless integral shade with level correction, a sliding follower, and an air permeable spacer assembly. Cords are eliminated by confining the window covering movement to one dimension. Level correction is achieved by pivotally connecting the shade bar to the supporting operator or shade support, so that the bar can be re-leveled by raising or lowering the bar against the IG spacer. The follower slides in a track on one side of the IG. The spacer includes an air passageway between the desiccant chamber and the space between IG space, and the hole is covered by an air-permeable patch to prevent unwanted leakage of desiccant into the viewable area.

  • Patent number: 7475715
Abstract: A follower for a window accessory within an insulated glass assembly. The follower includes a body having first and second sides adapted to face first and second spaced glazing panels. The follower further includes at least one magnet within each of the two sides, so that the follower will couple with a magnetic operator placed on either of the glazing panels. The follower yet further includes wheels having a diameter larger than the width of the body to rotatably support the follower against either of the glazing panels.

  • Publication number: 20080283200
Abstract: An insulated glass (IG) internal blind assembly including a clutch for providing directional friction when raising and lowering the blind. The clutch is directionally activated, the gravitational pull of the blinds or lowering the blinds activates the clutch causing it to lock and add friction to the system. The clutch may be placed essentially anywhere along the cord path where the path changes direction. Various clutch and cord configurations may be used to achieve a desired amount of directional friction. The directional friction prevents the window covering from falling under its own weight.
