A shackle is secured to the base and includes a pair of spaced apart arms. The example tail assembly also includes a tail having an eyelet, and a rod inserted into respective openings in the spaced apart arms. The rod is inserted through the eyelet between the respective openings, thereby securing the tail to the bodily insertion device. A method of securing a tail to a bodily insertion device is also disclosed.
