  • Patent number: 11058789
Abstract: A scent dispenser device and a head mounting device including the scent dispenser device is provided. The scent dispenser device may be used by a subject watching a motion picture in order to enhance the user experience of a motion picture. The scent dispenser device includes a first housing, which in turn includes a tape cartridge and a drive mechanism. The scent dispenser device is positioned close to the nostrils of the subject, and the tape cartridge includes one or more scent zone. The drive mechanism advances the tape cartridge inside the first housing, and the scent from the one or more scent zone is exposed to the nostrils of the subject, in case the drive mechanism is in operation.

  • Patent number: 11020656
Abstract: A tactile simulation system according to the present invention configured to be used by a subject watching a motion picture. The tactile simulation system comprises a handgrip section, a recoil section, and a controller. The handgrip section configured to generate one or more vibration experienced by the subject holding the handgrip section. The recoil section generates one or more recoil simulation. The recoil section is removably attached to the handgrip section. Further, the controller is operably connected to the handgrip section and the recoil section. The controller is configured to operate the handgrip section and the recoil section based on the motion picture.

  • Publication number: 20200030705
Abstract: A system and method for timely delivery of water spray and/or drops to a video viewer's face, which includes an apparatus having a water-bottle attachment for creating pressure inside tubing to valves controlled by a CPU, and drip or spray nozzles attached to a headgear portion of the system and aimed to parts of the user's face. The CPU is triggered by timing relative to a distinct initiating sound from the video being watched to open and close valves at the appropriate time to coincide with events being viewed. Typically, a mobile wireless-connectable device will pick up the sounds with its microphone, correlate those with timing and events in a specific video, and send an appropriate signal to the CPU.
