  • Patent number: 8296181
Abstract: A system and method for offsetting printing costs. Specifically, the method includes collecting user information about a user and generating a user profile based on the user information. The user profile is stored such that the user profile is used to achieve delivery of data that is targeted to the user based on the user profile without requiring a release of user information in the user profile. At least one offer for the delivery of data is presented to the user. The data is targeted to the user based on the user profile. Thereafter, the method determines that an item of the data presented to the user has been printed. An incentive is received for printing the item.

  • Patent number: 8280906
Abstract: A method and system retaining offers for delivering targeted data in a system for targeted data delivery. According to one embodiment, selection criteria for determining whether to present the offer for the targeted data to a user is accessed. The offer is retained even if a user profile does not satisfy the selection criteria.

  • Patent number: 7275068
Abstract: Acquired data about communication interactions is used to form constructs which are indicative of an entity and communities-of-practice within the entity. A construction may be derived from the addressing data associated with the interactions to depict a communication network construct of the organization over time. The construction is selectively decomposed to smaller communications networks indicative of said communities-of-practice.
