    Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein relate to prosthetics for augmenting or repairing a tissue defect, such as a ventral or incisional hernia. In some embodiments, a repair prosthetic may include a patch body and a first fastener attached to a first portion of the patch body. A coupler may be attached to and extend from a second portion of the patch body, and a second fastener may be attached to the second portion of the patch body via the coupler. The coupler may be retracted relative to the second portion of the patch body or the second fastener to apply tension to the patch body in some embodiments.
