A third party collects health plan requirements and critical health information from the employees. The third party then proposes health plans from health insurance companies to the business entities. Each employee of the business entities chooses a health plan. The third party combines the employees into groups based on the chosen health plans and geographic location of the business entities. The third party negotiates with the health insurance companies regarding health insurance benefits and insurance premium charges offered for the combined employee groups. Authorized personnel may be provided access to the critical health information of the employees.
