    Abstract: Blends of styrene-butadiene rubber and PVC latices in a dry weight ratio of 45:10 to 55:70 are useful to form heat sealable films. The mixture does not contain plasticizers and thus reduces environmental concerns during processing. The resulting film have good clarity and flexibility and may be used to seal textiles, non-wovens and boards.
