  • Publication number: 20260146100
Abstract: The present disclosure provides multispecific anti-CD22/anti-4-1BB antigen-binding molecules comprising a first antigen-binding domain that binds specifically to CD22 and a second antigen-binding domain that binds specifically to 4-1BB. In certain embodiments, the molecules further comprise a third antigen-binding domain that binds 4-1BB. In certain embodiments, the molecules are multispecific antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof. In certain embodiments, the antibodies are useful in treating a CD22-associated disease or disorder (e.g., lymphoma).

  • Publication number: 20250223360
Abstract: The present invention provides bispecific antigen-binding molecules comprising a first antigen-binding domain that specifically binds human CD28, and a second antigen-binding molecule that specifically binds human CD-22. In certain embodiments, the bispecific antigen-binding molecules of the present invention are capable of inhibiting the growth of tumors expressing CD-22, such as B-cell lymphomas. The antibodies and bispecific antigen-binding molecules of the invention are useful for the treatment of diseases and disorders in which an up-regulated or induced targeted immune response is desired and/or therapeutically beneficial.

  • Publication number: 20230357446
Abstract: Provided herein are methods of mediating killing of a tumor cell by administering to the subject a multispecific antigen binding molecule with a first antigen binding region specific for first target antigen and a second antigen binding region specific for a CD28 protein. In some embodiments, the tumor cell does not express the target antigen. In some embodiments, the tumor cell is not predicted to express the target antigen.
