At least some of the plurality of feeding openings being arranged along the movement direction of the moving powder mass.

Abstract: A system for continuous processing of powder products includes a first inlet configured to input a first dry powder product, a second inlet configured to input a second dry powder product, and a dry powder mixing device that mixes the first dry powder product together with the second dry powder product to form a product mixture. An outlet dispenses the product mixture from the dry powder mixing device. A production machine is included and has a powder feed frame comprising a feed frame inlet connected to the outlet of the dry powder mixing device. The outlet of the dry powder mixing device is positioned at a lower level than the feed frame inlet. A product conveying device is connected between the outlet of the dry powder mixing device and the feed frame inlet to continuously convey the product mixture from the dry powder mixing device to the feed frame inlet.

More specifically, the invention relates to a system in which selective laser melting is applied to manufacture a product. At least two blending devices are positioned in the blending tube and arranged successively along the axis of the blending tube. At least two actuators, wherein each of the at least two actuators is configured to operate one of the at least two blending devices such that the at least two blending devices are actuated differently from each other.

Abstract: A device is provided for layered manufacture of at least a three-dimensional product by an additive manufacturing technique based on a powder. The invention therefore relates to a device for the layered manufacturer of a product based on a powder, in particular a metal powder. This device is fitted with a build chamber with a vertically movable build platform on which said product is manufactured and contains a powder dispenser for application of the successive powder layers on the build platform in a horizontal build surface. The powder dispenser can be moved back and forth over the build surface along a horizontal dispensing direction in order to apply said powder layers. Moreover, the device contains a hopper that must contain said powder in order to supply powder to the powder dispenser. This hopper has a bottom with a dosing opening that lets out into the build chamber and that works in combination with a dosing valve.
