The UE receives scheduling of one or more data channels for transmission on a set of slots. The UE determines the set of slots including one or more partitioned slots and one or more non-partitioned slots. The UE receives an indication of a first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) for the non-partitioned slots and an indication of a second MCS for the partitioned slots. The UE transmits a first part of the one or more data channels on the one or more non-partitioned slots according to the first MCS. The UE transmits a second part of the one or more data channels on the one or more partitioned slots according to the second MCS.

The UE determines, according to the TDD configurations, whether a collision exists between an uplink (UL) transmission on the first CC and a downlink (DL) reception on the second CC for each of the time slots and the symbols. The UE selects one of the UL transmission and the DL reception for one of more of the time slots and the symbols with the collision based on a plurality of priority rules.

The PUCCH or SRS resource configuration can indicate, or provide parameters of, a first frequency domain starting position for PUCCH or SRS transmissions in SBFD slots and a second frequency domain position for PUCCH transmissions in non-SBFD slots. Periodic or semi-persistent PUCCH or SRS transmissions can be performed across multiple slots including SBFD slots and non-SBFD slots based on the PUCCH or SRS resource configuration. The periodic or semi-persistent PUCCH or SRS transmissions across the SBFD slots use the first frequency domain starting position.
