  • Patent number: 9094601
Abstract: An image capture device and an audio hinting method of focusing thereof are provided to perform the following steps. A first digital image is acquired by an image capture device. A focusing value of the first digital image is calculated by a focusing detection module. A second digital image is acquired by an image capture device. A focusing value of the second digital image is calculated by a focusing detection module. The focusing values of the first and second digital images are compared with each other by the focusing detection module. When the focusing values of the first and second digital images are different, a hint sound played by an audio output section is adjusted.

  • Patent number: 8362535
Abstract: A non-volatile memory cell includes a semiconductor substrate with isolation structures formed therein and thereby transistor region and capacitor region are defined therein. A conductor is disposed over the isolation structures, the transistor region and a first-type doped well disposed in the capacitor region. The conductor includes a capacitor portion disposed over the first-type doped well, a transistor portion disposed over the transistor region, a first edge disposed over the isolation structure at a side of the transistor region, and an opposite second edge disposed over the first-type doped well. Two first ion doped wells are disposed in the transistor region and respectively at two sides of the transistor portion, and constitutes a transistor with the transistor portion. A second ion doped region is disposed in the capacitor region excluding the conductor and constitutes a capacitor with the capacitor portion.

  • Publication number: 20100235617
Abstract: A system recovery method and an embedded system with an automatic recovery function used between a network and a server are introduced. The embedded system includes a nonvolatile memory storing a first part program code and a processor electrically connected to the nonvolatile memory and the network. The method includes the following steps, the embedded system enters a boot process; when the processor of the embedded system in the boot process determines that the first part program code in the nonvolatile memory does not satisfy a first specific condition, the processor transmits a signal through the network to establish a signal connection with the server; and the processor downloads a backup program code from the server through the network for execution to complete the boot process.
