  • Patent number: 9482586
Abstract: A heating control apparatus and a control method thereof are provided. The heating control apparatus includes a heating module, a temperature sensing module, a pulse width modulation circuit, and a comparator. Input terminals of the comparator are respectively coupled to the temperature sensing module and the pulse width modulation circuit, and an output terminal of the comparator is coupled to the heating module. In the control method, a heating temperature of the heating module is sensed by the temperature sensing module, so as to provide a temperature sensing signal. The comparator receives the temperature sensing signal and a pulse width modulation signal generated by the pulse width modulation circuit and compares the temperature sensing signal and the pulse width modulation signal to generate a comparing pulse width modulation signal, so as to control the heating temperature of the heating module by using the comparing pulse width modulation signal.

  • Publication number: 20130164014
Abstract: A media storage device and a sectional image printing method are provided. The media storage device includes a main body, a sectional heating module and a pressing roller. The sectional heating module and the pressing roller are both disposed within the main body. The sectional heating module includes a body, a plurality of heaters and a power controller. The body is disposed within the main body, and the heaters are disposed on the body. The power controller includes a plurality of power circuits, and each of the power circuits is electrically connected with a corresponding one of the heaters to control the corresponding electrically connected heater to generate heat. The pressing roller is in contact with the heaters of the sectional heating module, and the heaters face the pressing roller. During a printing process, not all the heaters of the media storage device generate heat at the same time.

  • Patent number: 8390965
Abstract: An over-current protection device for multiple high-voltage motive devices is provided. The over-current protection device includes a comparison module and a logic operation module. The comparison module receives a plurality of voltages generated from a plurality of operating currents of a plurality of high-voltage motive devices and respectively compares the voltages with at least one reference voltage to generate a plurality of comparison results, wherein the high-voltage motive devices are solenoids, electronic clutches, or a combination of solenoids and electronic clutches. The logic operation module receives the comparison results and generates at least one control signal for a plurality of high-voltage motive device driving circuits according to the comparison results. The high-voltage motive device driving circuits respectively drive the high-voltage motive devices according to the control signal.

  • Publication number: 20090279215
Abstract: A protecting device for multi-motors driven by motor driving circuits for operating motors includes a comparison module, an operative logic module and a control module. The comparison module determines whether or not an abnormal over current occurs in the motors. The operative logic module receives a determination result of the comparison module and outputting a motor control signal to the motor driving circuit and a notice signal to the control module. If an over current occurs in the motor, the motor control signal outputted from the operative logic module will be a disable signal for stopping the operation of the motor driving circuit and the motor. The control module outputs a warning signal based on the notice signal to notify users about the operating status of the motor. Therefore, the present invention can prevent the motor driving circuit and the motor from being damaged by an over current.
