  • Patent number: 11958883
Abstract: The present invention provides a recombinant expression vector comprising a gene encoding canine parvovirus 2a VP2 or 2b VP2 protein, a recombinant plant into which the vector is transformed, a vaccine composition against canine parvovirus, comprising canine parvovirus 2a VP2 or 2b VP2 protein obtained from the recombinant plant, and a composition for diagnosing canine parvovirus. When the recombinant plant of the present invention is used, canine parvovirus 2a VP2 or 2b VP2 antigen protein can be rapidly produced with high efficiency. Since the composition for diagnosing canine parvovirus according to the present invention uses a recombinant antigen protein, there is no possibility of contamination due to live virus handling, and thus the composition is safe, and the presence or absence of canine parvovirus infection can be rapidly diagnosed from a large amount of samples.

  • Patent number: 11590061
Abstract: A fluorine coating agent having enhanced dental tubule permeability and coating endurance, and a method for preparing the same. The fluorine coating agent applied on the surface of a tooth is enhanced in abrasion resistance to increase a period of time during which a coating membrane lasts, thereby preventing dental caries. Further, the curing time of the fluorine coating agent can be controlled to allow the agent to permeate and thus block the dental tubule.

  • Patent number: 10004575
Abstract: A bioactive-type of hydrophilic dental implant which is made of titanium or titanium alloy having a rough surface, wherein a coating layer of a mixed solution comprising i) an organic pH buffering agent and/or inorganic pH buffering agent and ii) an organic amphiphilic having sulfonic group is formed on the rough surface which was pre-treated to remove a contaminant. The present invention has effects preventing that the dental implant is exposed to air before it is inserted into the alveolar bone and the implant surface is re-contaminated; improving the biocompatibility of the implant, fluid- and blood-affinity, and the initial osseointegration performance; and shortening the osseointegration period, and the surface of the dental implant can be maintained as being hydrophilic for at least 3 years by using a mixed solution of pH buffering agent and organic amphiphilic substance having sulfonic group as a surface coating solution.

  • Patent number: 9517115
Abstract: An ampoule for storing an implant capable of maintaining humidity includes: a container capable of airtight sealing at least momentarily or temporarily; a partition member which divides an accommodation space inside the container into two spaces, first and second spaces, and allows vaporized water molecules to be transported between the divided spaces; and a water molecule supply source which is accommodated in the first space of the two spaces divided by the partition member and supplies the vaporized water molecules. Therefore, the invention enables the construction of an environment which allows the hydrophilicity of the implant to be maintained for a long time, wherein the hydrophilicity is imparted to and protected from the surface of the implant or a coating layer formed on the surface of the implant.

  • Publication number: 20160339151
Abstract: A hydrogel and a method for manufacturing the same. The hydrogel, which can be freely used during treatment irrespective of the shape of a bone defect region, has a decomposition rate capable of being regulated in situ and can thus be rapidly decomposed over a certain time, i.e., after the completion of bone regeneration. Furthermore, a hydrogel membrane using the hydrogel which is applied to a bone defect region irrespective of the shape thereof, and a method for manufacturing the same.

  • Publication number: 20160143709
Abstract: A method for forming a coating film of a material for enhancing bioactivity, such as a water-soluble vitamin, on a surface of a dental implant, and a dental implant produced by the method, in order to overcome the limitations in improving osseointegration capability, which result from existing physical surface treatments, such as RBM and SLA surface treatments. The methods enable the SLA-pretreated implant surface to have blood affinity and an enhanced bioactive function, thereby providing a method for producing a dental implant which has excellent biocompatibility and high osseointegration capability after the implant procedure and thus has enhanced bioactivity, and a dental implant produced by the method. The surface of the dental implant, from which organic pollutants have been removed, are coated with a bioactive material, thereby enhancing blood affinity and bioactivity of the implant and thus improving initial osseointegration capability of the implant.
