The circuit board including a power unit (302), a display unit (304) and a switch unit (306) integrated on the circuit board that is accommodated in the first housing portion. An area of the metal shield is smaller than that of the display panel. The flat panel display is convenient for assembly in a reduced weight and a lowered cost.
