A reference capacitor is disposed at an arbitrary region under a sensing capacitor among a humidity sensing region or at a peripheral circuit region. The reference capacitor is a metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor or a polysilicon-insulator-polysilicon (PIP) capacitor.
