Abstract: The method and system for reminding readers of fatigue in reading while using electronic devices are revealed. First use a reading speed calculation module to detect user's reading speed within a period of time when the user is using an electronic with a display to read. The reading speed is related to pages being turned or the amount of words being read. Then a fatigue-in-reading reminder module is activated by the reading speed calculation module when the user's reading speed falls within a specific range so as to remind the user by pop-up windows, sounds, flash light or vibration at the proper time and provide the user certain corresponding measures he/she should take. Thereby there is no need to use additional equipment for preventing users from becoming more fatigue and healthy vision is accomplished at lower cost with higher efficiency.

Abstract: The present invention relates to provide an anticorrosive layer having a biomimetic surface nano microstructure and the application. The anticorrosive layer comprises a polymer and a nano-particle. Both of the nano-particle and the biomimetic surface nano microstructure are required for the anticorrosive layer to effectively enhance the anticorrosive performance.

Abstract: The present application discloses a Three Dimensions (3D) video conversion system and method, and a key frame selection method and apparatus thereof. The key frame selection method includes: after the ith key frame is determined, calculating feature matching ratios of video frames after the ith key frame in a 2D video; selecting video frames each of which has a feature matching ratio within the range of T1˜T2 as candidate key frames; selecting a video frame from the candidate key frames as the (i+1)th key frame according to re-projection errors of the candidate key frames. Since key frames are selected according to the feature matching ratios of video frames to the previous key frame, and the later key frame is selected according to the re-projection errors of the candidate key frames. Thus the selection for key frames is more reasonable, and the 2D to 3D video conversion based on more reasonable key frames may improve converted 3D video quality.

Abstract: Disclosed are a virtual viewpoint combination method and device in a multi-viewpoint video, improving the quality of the virtual viewpoint images and improving the display effects of the virtual viewpoint images under the premise of not introducing geometrical distortion. The method includes: taking two viewpoint images provided by a first camera and a second camera as reference viewpoint images, and respectively performing 3D image conversion, pinhole filling, image compensation and image convergence processing on the two viewpoint images to obtain a main virtual viewpoint image; then respectively performing depth-image processing, 3D image conversion, pinhole filling, image compensation and image convergence processing on the two viewpoint images to obtain a subordinate virtual viewpoint image; and performing filling the remaining holes in the main virtual viewpoint image on the basis of the subordinate virtual viewpoint image to obtain a final virtual viewpoint image to be combine.

In the cloud system, an e-book author can set the authorization mechanism about e-book sale and downloading to protect their copyrights and to upload the e-book by the electronic bookstore unit. The user also can browse e-books by assigned electronic apparatuses to protect purchase rights from being illegally copied. The e-book is an encrypted file, so the user has to use the identification code of the certified electronic apparatus as a decrypted key to decrypt the e-book file for reading.

Abstract: A real-time video annotation learning system and a method for the same are revealed. The real-time video annotation learning system includes a video management module, an annotation management module and a data storage module. A language learner can select videos stored in the data storage module by the video management module and add comments to a location of an image in the video at a specific time while the comments are in the form of text or graphs built in a commentary management module. Thus the comments are shown on the image in the form of text or graphs at a specific time. Users can grasp key points of learning content the video provided exactly. Together with system functions of real-time word look-up and word note, user's learning effect is significantly improved and the video has an advantage in language learning.
