Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for generating learning contents. The method includes: receiving a setting on an examination paper condition from a first user terminal and providing a list of questions matching the examination paper condition to the first user terminal; receiving a selection of questions from the list of questions from the first user terminal and generating an examination paper based on the selected questions; receiving a selection of examination paper from a list of examination papers from a second user terminal and providing the selected examination paper to the second user terminal; and requesting the first and second user terminals to rate the selected questions in the generated examination paper, and receiving ratings from the first and second user terminals.
