Abstract: The present invention is an integrated wide-mouth bottle cap with a disposable and breakable inner plug comprising a lower cover, an upper cover and an inner plug. The lower cover comprises an opening. The upper cover extends integrally from one side of the lower cover, and the upper cover rotates relatively to the lower cover to fasten the lower cover and seals the opening. The inner plug integrally extends from the lower cover adjacent to the periphery of opening and seals the opening. The inner plug comprises a tearing zone between the inner plug and the lower cover, the inner plug comprises a tearing member for a user to pull in order to drive the inner plug displacement relative to the lower cover, so as to disengage the inner plug from the lower cover and expose the opening by tearing off the tearing zone.
