Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of managing tachograph data based on a blockchain network. The method of managing tachograph data based on a blockchain network includes: allocating, by a tachograph, the block number of a block to be generated for tachograph data collected while a vehicle is driving; generating a block by using a server seed allocated by a server and a seed count value, which is a variable whose value changes each time the tachograph generates a block in an offline state; and transmitting the block hash value and block data of the generated block to the server.

Abstract: A method for managing the driving record of a vehicle based on a blockchain network includes: collecting, by a digital tachograph (DTG) terminal installed in a vehicle, the driving record information of the vehicle and traffic-related data on a road along which the vehicle is driving, and calculating, by the DTG terminal, a safe driving index based on the driving record information and the traffic-related data; and storing, by the DTG terminal, the driving record information, the traffic-related data, and the safe driving index in a blockchain network including the DTG terminal as a node.

The system includes a sensor part for sensing at least one of a predetermined first information, a communication part for receiving a second information from at least one of weather related organizations and road traffic related organizations, a memory part for saving a plurality of images which are connected with the traffic accident incidence, and a control part for calculating a traffic accident incidence within a specific distance from the system for traffic forecasting using the first and second information.
