  • Patent number: 7966854
Abstract: It comprises a carriage (4) displaceable forwards and backwards by means of a spindle (3) actuated by a motor (2), the carriage (4) containing clutch pins (12) so that in the forward displacement the engagement takes place with a clutch disc (22) integral with which is an eccentric, whose rotation will cause the actuation of the lock in which the unit is fitted. In its displacements the carriage (4) is guided in rods (8) provided in the corresponding cover (5) of a rotor (1) in which the motor (2) and carriage (4) assembly is housed. The clutch pins (12) are connected to pushing springs (13) for pushing them towards the emergency position and therefore that of engagement when those pins (12) are facing the holes (23) of the disc (22).

  • Publication number: 20110140838
Abstract: This comprises a control centre (1) via which, in a coded means of key and user identification (2) an identifying code of the means themselves, an identifying code of the user, a first set of information referring to opening operations permitted in reading means (3) for permitting access, a third set of information referring to invalidated means (2) and a second set of information, provided by reading means (3) corresponding to the different openings performed are recorded. It avoids connection between the control centre (1) and the reading means (3) with the means (2) constituting the communication means between them.

  • Publication number: 20100011822
Abstract: The electromechanical cylinder is of the kind consisting of a knob (4) fixed to the cylinder body (5) fitted in the respective lock, in correspondence with the outer face of the latter, in other words it includes a single knob, with the particular feature that the rotor (6) which, together with the knob (4), form an electronic module, is located in a housing (15) of the cylinder body (5) and is retained therein axially but with the possibility of rotating freely, in such a way that in fitting the rotor (6) on the knob (4) the former remains in the inner and inaccessible part in order to prevent any manipulation thereof, this being a consequence of the fact that a base (7) forming the fastening element between the knob (4) and the cylinder body (5) is fixed by means of screws (38) which, in the assembly of the unit, remain facing in proximity to the actual door in which the lock is located, preventing such possible manipulations or violent acts.

  • Publication number: 20080011030
Abstract: It permits a pulling movement to be transferred or not to the bolt of the lock when turning the internal or external handles attached to separate square-section shafts belonging to clutch elements and which can have independent rotation or they can do so integrally. The first clutch element (15) connected to the outside handle (6) possesses a prismatic projection (22) with a radial orifice into which fits a pulling pin (24) assisted by a spring (25) and able to be displaced in order to be introduced into a slot (32) of the second clutch element (16). The movement is controlled by a motor (11) with a worm-screw (12) linked to a spring (38) which can manage to displace a thruster rocker arm (27) which makes contact with said pulling pin (24). There exists an emergency device defined by a rod (35) and another spring (38) linked to said thruster rocker arm (27).

  • Patent number: 5591950
Abstract: A programmable electronic provides security among multiple users, allows independent use by multiple users of different types, and is modularly adaptable to various applications. Security is provided by the automatic updating of a lock code if an inserted card's key code bears a predetermined relation to the stored lock code. The present invention allows multiple types of users to access a given lock without affecting lock codes associated with other types or invalidating the stored lock codes of other users of the same type. For example, in a hotel room lock, a maid's key will not change the code for a guest's key, and other maid's keys will still open a lock after a first maid has accessed the lock if their lock codes are stored in the lock. The present invention also provides an additional functions circuit which allows add-on functions to be attached to the basic circuit to fit the needs of a particular site.
