Abstract: A hat having a dome shaped fabric having an opening for receiving a wearer's head, a flexible sizing band being affixed at an edge of the opening, the sizing band having male connectors and female connectors engaging with one another for setting a circumferential size of the opening, the male connectors projecting radially inward toward the opening, the female connectors having a depth for receiving an entire length of the male connectors, whereby the female connectors are formed by a blind hole and the portion of the sizing band having the male connectors supports a logo or icon facing outward away from a wearer's head and the male connectors face inwardly toward the wearer's head.
