Abstract: Gutta-percha part for locating an apex for odontological use: a substantially conical shape gutta-percha part to be installed in a root canal. The part is provided either in its interior or along its lateral side with an electrode of biocompatible material. The electrode ends at a minimal distance from the end of the part, and has access to the exterior of the part laterally in a slightly concave zone thereof. On the opposite end, the electrode has access to the exterior to be connected to a device for locating an apex.
